Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@finesttech.co.nz and we will provide you with a returns address.
  • Please note that we do not offer a refund due to a buyer’s mistake, buyer’s remorse/change of mind, incorrect delivery address, damaged product due to buyer’s incorrect installation, fraudulent claims or non delivery where items are shipped to a vacant address.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Required for Return:

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Processing Fee:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. Please note that all refunds will incur a processing fee equivalent to 6% of the transaction value. This fee is applied due to the policies of Shopify, the platform hosting our store, which does not refund the credit/debit card processing fees incurred during the original purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping for Returns:

To return your product, please send us an email at sales@finesttech.co.nz and we will provide you with a returns address.

  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you have not done so.
